Compatibility issues with internet security / anti-virus software

Norton (also known as Symantec) tends to cause difficulty with many software programs, especially Microsoft Outlook.

 

As for compatibility with this application, there aren't any specific issues other than occasionally having trouble accessing certain screens due to a firewall being present.  You may get a "Page Not Found" error or an "HTTP 500 Internal Server Error" which can be an indication that your firewall program is blocking access.
