
Page Approval
The Pending Pages section allows Editors or Administrators to manage pages created by Contributors. Site-Wide Editors or Administrators can manage all Contributor created pages. Group Editors or Administrators can manage only those pages created by Contributors in which their group is targeted.

Page Approval: Features
Approve
This allows you to publish the pending page to your Website.
- Select the check box under the Approve column.
- Click the Save
icon in the upper right corner of your screen to save your selection.
Delete
Should you decide not to publish the pending page, this allows you to delete it from your Pages Pending list.
- Select the check box under the Delete column.
- Click the Save
icon in the upper right corner of your screen to save your selection.
Title
The title of the pending page will be listed here and will be linked so you can review the contents.
- Click the Title to open the Page Editor.
- Review/Edit the pending page contents and click the Exit
icon in the upper right corner of the screen to close the window.
Contributor
The Contributor's name will be listed here and will be linked so those with access can email that person and provide any necessary feedback. Clicking the name will bring up your default mail client, allowing you to communicate with the page contributor. The email address associated with their people record in your site will automatically appear in the To field of your email program. If an email address does not exist in your People manager database, the To field will be empty.
Date
The date and time of the last modification to the pending page will be listed here. The time will be based on the Time Zone selection set in your Home Page Settings.
Memo
While generating their pending page, the Contributor has the opportunity to add a memo to the page. This allows the Contributor to relay information to the person approving the page. If a memo is attached to the page, an icon will appear in the memo column. Clicking on the icon will show the memo's contents.
